TIME & COST POLICIES:
All events are scheduled with a 30-minute setup and 30-minute breakdown time allotment, additional to the duration of the event. We want to be ready to serve at the start of your event and serve through the end of your event.
All events are scheduled at a four-hour minimum unless otherwise contracted.
Event extensions are available. Extension Rates are proportionate to the length and total cost of the event. Extension payments must be made by credit card or by check at the time of the extension, not after the end of the event, unless otherwise negotiated by Shaken Bartending Management Personnel.
All events must end, including breakdown time allotments, before midnight, or may incur additional fees.
A 25% gratuity is added to the total charge of the event if you prefer tip jars to be excluded from bar tops.
Events scheduled on holidays will be subject to increased Holiday Rates.
A 50% deposit will be due at the time of booking and is nonrefundable. This amount will be deducted from the total cost of the event price. The remaining balance is due the Monday prior to the event. Credit Card information is retained on file through the duration of the event.
Fees may be paid by Cash, Check, Credit Card, Venmo, or Cash App. A 4% fee is charged on all credit card processing. This does not apply to Venmo or Cash App transactions.

Events 25 miles outside of Oklahoma City Center may incur mileage fees.
GUEST & SPIRIT POLICIES
Guests are not allowed to serve alcohol. All alcohol must be served by Shaken Bartending employees for insurance purposes.
Guests who look under the age of 30 will be required to present government-issued photo identification to show proof of age. Shaken Bartenders maintain the ability to ask for age verification from anyone in attendance. Minors and guests without government-issued photo identification will not be served alcohol.
Open bottles of wine and champagne will be sealed and packaged or discarded at event locations other than private residential locations, at the end of the event. Liquor and unopened spirits will be sealed and packaged for transportation away from the event location as directed by the client and by persons not affiliated with Shaken Bartending Services.
Our job is to ensure that all attendees have a great but safe time. Shaken Bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
